The highly anticipated third installment of the captivating series, "Through My Window 3," is slated to premiere on Netflix on February 23, 2024. The franchise kicked off with a bang in February 2022, swiftly followed by a thrilling sequel in June 2023. Given the sneak peeks we've had into this threequel, it's evident that its release is just around the corner, arriving merely eight months after the conclusion of "Across the Sea."

Without a doubt, Clara Galle and Julio Peña Fernández will reprise their roles as the dynamic duo, Raquel and Ares, respectively. They are the heartbeat of this story, the core of its emotional depth. While the remainder of the cast remains a mystery, we eagerly await the return of the Hidalgo brothers, Eric Masip as Artemis, Hugo Arbués as Apolo, and Natalia Azahara's Daniela, Raquel's loyal friend.

"Through My Window: Across the Sea" introduced new faces to the ensemble, hinting at the possibility of Andrea Chaparro, Iván Lapadula, and Carla Tous reprising their roles in this third chapter. Moreover, even though this is primarily a teenage drama, we also look forward to the returns of Emilia Lazo as Claudia, Pilar Castro as Rosa María, and Rachel Lascar as Sofía Hidalgo, adding maturity and depth to the narrative.

Unfortunately, we hold doubts about the return of Guillermo Lasheras's Yoshi, whose tragic demise in the sequel left a lasting impression.

The official synopsis for "Through My Window 3" reads: "After a summer filled with drama, Ares and Raquel find themselves at a crossroads, unable to reconcile their relationship and opting for separate paths. But when fate brings them back together in the wintery embrace of Barcelona, the intense love and desire they feel for each other are undeniable. Will they find the strength to overcome their differences and rekindle their romance?"

For now, this is all the information we have at our fingertips. Sadly, we cannot delve into the original books by Ariana Godoy, as the movies have deviated from their source material. Nevertheless, the cliffhanger ending of "Through My Window 2" has left us with tantalizing hints about what might unfold in the upcoming installment.

Despite the declarations of love exchanged between them in "Through My Window," Raquel and Ares' long-distance relationship, spanning Barcelona and Stockholm, turned out to be a complete debacle. Their romance was doomed by a lack of communication and poor decision-making, ultimately unraveling during a disastrous summer weekend along the Mediterranean shore.

As they struggled to rekindle their connection after being apart for so long, Raquel discovered a devastating truth: Ares had cheated on her with Vera, one of his university colleagues, during his challenging adjustment to life in northern Europe. The betrayal hurt Raquel deeply, but it was the fact that Ares hadn't confided in her about his struggles that stung the most.

Amidst the celebrations of the traditional San Juan night, Raquel flirted with her classmate Gregory, but ultimately decided against pursuing anything with him, as her heart still belonged to Ares. Meanwhile, Ares rejected Vera's advances and hinted during their conversation that perhaps nothing had transpired between them after all.

The other Hidalgo brothers were also grappling with their own romantic entanglements: Artemis begged for forgiveness from Claudia after failing to acknowledge their romance in front of his loved ones, while Apolo finally acquiesced to Daniela's suggestion of a threesome.

However, all these romantic dramas were abruptly put on hold when Yoshi tragically died in a bike accident that fateful night.

By the end of "Through My Window: Across the Sea," Ares had returned to Stockholm, Artemis was officially dating Claudia, and Raquel learned that Yoshi had submitted her novel to a publishing house that was now eager to work with her.

The upcoming installment, "Through My Window: Looking At You," will delve deeper into the complexities of Ares and Raquel's relationship, as it seems there are still unresolved issues between them. Will Gregory stand a chance with the aspiring writer? The suspense builds as "Through My Window: Looking At You" is set to premiere on Netflix on February 23, 2024. Meanwhile, "Through My Window" and its sequel "Through My Window: Across the Sea" are currently available for streaming on Netflix.
