Sami Sheen is embarking on a transformative journey. During the March 11th episode of "Denise Richards & Her Wild Things," the 20-year-old daughter of Denise Richards, whom she shares with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen, disclosed her plans to undergo a rhinoplasty. On their way to consult with the surgeon, Sami confided that the desire for a nose job had lingered in her mind "for as long as she could recall."
With a playful glimmer in her eye, Sami exclaimed, "Just imagine how much prettier I'll be!" as Denise responded with a dismissive roll of her own. "I'll be able to contour my face without any bumps on the sides," Sami continued enthusiastically. Denise, a seasoned star from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" now 54, quipped back, "Maybe we need to take you to an optometrist," insisting that Sami already looked stunning.
Reflecting on her high school days, Sami opened up about the bullying she endured due to her nose, which exacerbated her insecurities. "I had to face kids mocking me," she shared. "People would say I looked like my dad. I even received a comment recently saying, 'You'll never be as pretty as your mom.'"
Sami joked that even if she lived in a different setting, like Alabama, with parents holding regular jobs, she'd still yearn for a different nose. "This huge honker is stuck to my face," she declared emphatically. When Denise disagreed, Sami teased, "Mom, I'm literally paying for your nose job."
In her confessional, Denise admitted that learning about Sami's desire for plastic surgery tugged at her heartstrings. "To hear my daughter want to change her nose made me incredibly sad," she said, her voice trembling. "I feel terrible that she might feel pressure to look like me or fit into a certain mold, because I never want my daughters to feel that way," she continued, her emotions overflowing as tears streamed down her cheeks. "There were times I wished I could move the kids away from L.A., but I couldn't because of my work commitments. Plus, they had two parents in this industry. I feel guilty about it."
Upon arriving at the surgeon's office, Sami said it felt "like Christmas morning." "I just want a more feminine nose," she told the doctor, pointing to Denise's nose as the epitome of perfection.
Although they attended the consultation together, Sami expressed her wish for Denise not to be present on the day of surgery, as it would induce anxiety. In fact, she didn't even want her sister Lola to know about it. "When I got my breast implants, I shared the news with too many people," Sami admitted, reflecting on her previous augmentation. "I was flooded with conflicting opinions. Some said I should go bigger, while others advised smaller. It affected the final outcome, and I wish I had kept it to myself."
The following week, Sami returned with her friend for the surgery, but she harbored one regret. "I kind of regret not having my mom here. I feel guilty and don't want to upset her," she confessed. "I know my mom would have asked the doctor a lot of questions if she were here," she added.
As the surgery commenced, the cameras shifted to Denise and her 19-year-old daughter Lola in the car. While discussing who would care for their dogs that weekend, Denise accidentally let slip Sami's secret. "Sami can watch them," Lola suggested, to which Denise replied, "No, she's going to have her nose job done." Lola was taken aback, exclaiming, "What?" Denise quickly covered her mouth, realizing her mistake. "I wasn't supposed to say anything!" she exclaimed.
Lola wasn't entirely surprised, however. "Telling secrets to my mom—it never ends well," she quipped.
