Born as Channing Nicole Larry, Enchanting had embarked on a promising journey with Gucci Mane's esteemed New 1017 Records in 2020, only to part ways with the label last year. Her swan song, 'Luv Scarred/No Luv (Deluxe),' released in November 2022, served as a testament to her artistry, featuring poignant collaborations with Gucci Mane in tracks like "Big Chant," "Large Amounts," "Issa Photoshoot," and "No Love," alongside the late, lamented talents of Big Scarr and Key Glock.

Gucci Mane himself mourned the loss deeply, paying tribute to Enchanting through an emotional Instagram post. Accompanied by a poignant image of the young artist adorned with 1017 chains, he penned, "It grieves me deeply to announce the passing of such a brilliant young lady, a genuine star whose absence will leave an irreparable void. Rest in peace, Chant @luvenchanting. We will all deeply miss you."
