Expounding further on the platform X, she penned, "What transpired? I long for an answer. Over the past six months, I've been in and out of hospitals, depleting nearly every dime I possess in search of clarification. While some physicians attribute it to a facial-hopping parasite, others propose it's stress-induced edema. Personally, I blame Bravo."
Fans were left both astonished and worried after Glanville posted a selfie revealing a visibly swollen visage. In October 2023, Glanville disclosed her diagnosis of stress-induced angioedema. According to Entertainment Tonight, one of her sons hastily dialed 911 when she collapsed at her residence. The outlet further detailed that Glanville's face "inflated like a basketball," causing her eyes to swell shut to the extent that her vision was severely impaired, rendering her unable to even discern her own hand.
A source revealed to the outlet, "Brandi has been enduring immense stress since the 'The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip' drama ignited with Caroline Manzo. The false allegations have halted her professional endeavors, and now, physically, she's paying the price. Following a hospital overnight stay, she's back home, resting." Glanville herself penned on X (formerly Twitter) at the time, "This morning, I collapsed at home, prompting my SON to dial 911 for assistance! You have no concept of the stress I'm grappling with."
