Brad Pitt's curiosity, though piqued, knows its bounds. During a recent guest appearance on the "Armchair Expert" podcast, the star of "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" found his intimate past being dissected by the host, Dax Shepard, who embarked on reminiscing about their first encounter. On June 23rd's episode, Brad, now 61, interrupted Dax playfully, quipping, "Sexually, you mean?" before casually mentioning that he's "never embarked on a homosexual journey."
"I suppose I missed that boat," he continued, jesting with Dax, 50, that "if I had, it certainly wouldn't have been with you." In fact, Brad lightheartedly placed Dax, who is married to Kristen Bell, at a hypothetical "14th or 15th" spot on his list, should he ever contemplate exploring same-sex relationships. Dax, ever the comedian, returned the favor with a bit of his own teasing.
"I hate to toot my own horn, but you'd need to work your way up to me," Dax responded. "I suggest starting with some warming-up acts."
Jokes aside, Brad, who was previously wed to Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie, has been in a relationship with Ines de Ramon since November 2022. The couple has made numerous public appearances together in recent months, including the premieres of Brad's new movie "F1" in New York City and London in June.
Despite some speculating that a particular outing at the Formula One British Grand Prix last July, where Brad filmed scenes for the sports drama, was merely a publicity stunt for the film, he firmly insisted that his approach to dating in the public eye was "far from calculated."
"If you lived like that, oh boy, how exhausting it must be!" he told GQ in May. "Living with the constant need to calculate every move? No, life simply unfolds. Relationships blossom organically."
Moreover, Brad emphasized that speculation about his personal life was hardly anything new. "My personal life has always been splashed across the news. It's been there for 30 years, my friend," he continued. "Or, let's put it this way, some version of my personal life has."
