A Man in Full – Season 1 Episode 6 1

Charlie meets with Joyce once again, pleading with her to join his crusade against Norman Bagovitch. He urges her, a respected entrepreneur and owner of a successful cosmetic company, to speak out and reveal Bagovitch's assault on her 25 years ago. Charlie argues that her words could have a seismic impact, shaking the foundations of the mayoral race.

However, Joyce remains hesitant, reluctant to drag her name into such a messy scandal. Martha also pays Charlie a visit, begging him to abandon the press conference, fearing it could tarnish Joyce's reputation. She warns Charlie that if he dares to mention Joyce's name, she will make sure to destroy him.

Wes Jordan opens the press conference with a rousing speech, setting the stage for Charlie Croker's appearance. Charlie steps up to the microphone, his voice filled with nostalgia as he reminisces about his college football days. He praises Wes Jordan for his leadership as mayor of Georgia, his words dripping with sincerity.

Charlie is supposed to expose Norman Bagovitch as a predatory figure unfit for the mayoral race, but midway through his speech, he has a change of heart. He omits the damning revelations, choosing instead to keep Bagovitch's secrets. After the speech, Wes Jordan confronts Charlie, his face a mask of fury. He warns Charlie that he will destroy him, but Charlie stands his ground, undeterred.

On the day of Conrad's hearing, Roger calls Officer Michael Smith to the stand, much to the judge's displeasure. But the judge is forced to allow it, as Michael has been served a subpoena. Roger presents the bodycam footage from the day of Conrad's arrest, revealing Michael Smith as the aggressor in the altercation.

The footage shocks the courtroom, showing Conrad being tased and then kicked by a truck driver, while the police officers stand by, indifferent. Roger argues passionately that Conrad acted in self-defense when he punched the officer, with no intention to harm him. With the damning evidence and footage, the judge rules in Conrad's favor, dropping all charges against him.

Raymond receives a visit from Wiz, who breaks the news that Herb and Raymond Peepgrass are colluding in a shady scheme under the guise of "Big Red Dog LLC." Their aim is to seize Charlie's prized possession, the Concourse - a lucrative asset that Charlie grudgingly ceded 28 percent of to his ex-wife in their divorce settlement. Another 28 percent went into a trust fund for Wally, with Martha as the trustee. Now, Big Red Dog LLC is gunning for a majority stake in the Concourse, and Raymond is scrambling to convince Martha to sign off on the deal.

Unaware of the looming threat, Charlie pays Martha a surprise visit. But what he finds is a shocking sight: Raymond in a compromising position with Martha. Fury boils in Charlie's veins as he confronts Raymond about his despicable scheme. But Raymond's smug smile suggests that Charlie is too late to stop it.

In a fit of rage, Charlie lunges at Raymond, intending to intimidate him. But his prosthetic hand malfunctions, choking Raymond instead. The confrontation takes a tragic turn when Charlie suddenly collapses, a heart attack claiming his life on the spot. The scene is frozen in time, a shocking reminder of the consequences of ambition and deceit.
