Yet, beneath the veneer of this fleeting liberation lies a stark reality: they are shedding the skins of their past identities, but the illusion is fragile. Back on the highway, their fleeting sense of freedom is rudely shattered by a thud from the trunk. To their shock, the Spanish man from their recent ordeal is still alive, a reminder of the danger that never truly left their side.

As they frantically pull over to assess his condition, the women find themselves torn between compassion and self-preservation, debating whether to risk everything to save him.

Meanwhile, Romeo's fate takes a surprising turn as he is miraculously rescued from the hospital, wheeled out into the world anew. But as he prepares to depart in the elevator, fate intervenes. Gina and the girls, now accompanied by the wounded Spaniard, enter the scene, their eyes locking with Romeo's in a tense standoff.

Their carefully laid plans unravel in an instant as Romeo, gun in hand, holds the paramedics hostage, determined to reclaim what he sees as his own. The chase is on, as he pursues the girls down the street, the sound of sirens and screams mingling in the air, turning this moment into a race against time and against their own pasts.

An adrenaline-fueled montage unfolds, as Beefcake and the paramedic engage in a fierce battle within the confines of the ambulance, while Romeo grips the wheel with a deadly determination, hurtling towards Gina, Coral, and Wendy. Wendy, instincts sharpened by impending peril, assigns Gina the crucial task of disabling the ambulance's steering wheel. Before executing the shot, Gina's mind wanders to the metaphorical 'wheel' of her own existence—a relentless cycle of debt and abuse, the inescapable grind of the prostitution trade.

This pivotal chapter marks a turning point, as the trio of women resolve to abandon their perpetual flight and embark on a hunt, turning the tables on Romeo and his henchmen. As they find themselves teetering on the brink of a precipice, both figuratively and literally, Coral seizes the gun from Gina and trains it unwaveringly on Romeo. This gesture carries profound weight, for it's a stark reminder of how Romeo, by breaking his own code and growing too close to Coral, has painted a target on his own back.

In a swift, decisive move, Coral punctures his tires, granting them a fleeting escape. This moment crystallizes the truth that has long haunted them—Romeo's relentless pursuit. Yet, with unwavering resolve, Coral extracts the SIM card, signaling their intention to not just evade but actively confront their pursuer. The stage is set for a final confrontation, as the ladies prepare to fight back, armed with courage and a newfound sense of purpose.
