On Wednesday, the prestigious fashion house proudly announced Jin's addition to its esteemed ambassadorial roster, which boasts an illustrious line-up including NewJeans' Hanni, Miley Cyrus, Squid Game's star Lee Jung Jae, and Korean rap icon Jay Park. Jin's appointment underscores his global appeal and style prowess.

Embracing a variety of endeavors and events, Jin is poised to represent Gucci with unparalleled elegance. In a statement, Jin expressed his profound admiration for the brand, stating, "Gucci stands as an iconic symbol of timeless heritage fused with modernity. It is truly a momentous and exhilarating experience to be a part of this esteemed house."

The brand's release also revealed Jin's heartfelt praise for Gucci's creative director, Sabato De Sarno, who reciprocated the sentiment. De Sarno gushed, "Jin's warm and endearing personality is magnetically captivating, and his style is unparalleled. As an artist who inspires with his music, he brings an extraordinary generosity to everything he does, making it an honor to embark on this journey alongside him."

As the eldest member of the septet K-pop sensation, Jin's public reemergence last month, following the completion of his mandatory military service, was eagerly anticipated. As the first to return, he gracefully rejoined the spotlight, participating in select events, including an intimate gathering where 1,000 lucky fans, chosen through a raffle, were granted the cherished opportunity to embrace their beloved idol. Big Hit Music, the group's label, shared the sentiment on their fan platform Weverse, noting, "This event was crafted to fulfill Jin's heartfelt desire to spend meaningful moments with ARMY in person, commemorating BTS's debut day."

Furthermore, Jin's star continued to shine as he carried the torch for the 2024 Paris Olympics, marking his first major public appearance since his discharge. Fans, affectionately known as ARMY, eagerly lined up to catch a glimpse of their hero, holding the Olympic flame with pride.

In October 2022, BTS, comprising Jin alongside RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, wowed audiences worldwide with a mammoth free concert titled "Yet to Come" in Busan, South Korea. The spectacular event, supporting Busan's bid for the 2030 World Expo, drew a sea of ARMY from across the globe. Shortly thereafter, Big Hit Music, a subsidiary of Hybe Corp., announced that all seven members would embark on their individual military service journeys, stating it was "the perfect time" and an honor for the group to serve their country.

With all eyes set on 2025, BTS enthusiasts eagerly await the group's full reunion, when all seven members will have completed their military commitments, promising a grand comeback that will resonate across the world.
