"I donned an Alaïa creation—a label sans a dedicated table—thus, I somewhat embodied the odd one out, which I'm quite accustomed to," she elaborated in the May 31 episode of The Interview podcast. "I'm no stranger to such dynamics; it was alright, albeit an intriguing predicament because it stripped away all creature comforts."
The former Hannah Montana star, whose interpretation of the gala's "Tailored For You" theme encompassed a bespoke leather crop top, a floor-sweeping skirt, and Cartier jewels, further proposed a solution to guarantee guests a familiar face amidst the exclusive invite-only affair. "I fancy," she mused, "they ought to incorporate a plus-one for one's stylist."
Despite this, the 32-year-old Miley revealed she did manage to forge at least one fresh bond that evening, highlighting her "most memorable" encounter with Jon Batiste, as the two musicians struck up an impromptu conversation.
