"Have you ever uttered a monumental lie, leaving you utterly bewildered about how to wriggle yourself out of it?" Schumer asks inquisitively in the trailer.

Elsewhere in the footage, Lainy's pal, portrayed by Carlson, gives her a piece of her mind about the charade. "How dare you parade around with that bogus belly?" Carlson scoffs. "What if someone you know busts you with it?"

Upon sharing the "Kinda Pregnant" trailer, Sandler posted on social media, wishing everyone a delightful viewing experience.

Spindel, who helmed "The Out-Laws," directed the film from a script penned by Schumer and Julie Paiva. Schumer serves as a producer alongside Adam Sandler, Tim Herlihy, Judit Maull, Kevin Grady, and Eli Thomas for Happy Madison; Molly Sims for Something Happy Productions; and Alex Saks for Saks Picture Company.

Schumer's previous film credits include "Unfrosted," "Bros," and "I Feel Pretty," along with lending her voice to "IF" and "Trolls Band Together." She has also featured in recent TV projects like "Only Murders in the Building," "Life & Beth," and "Inside Amy Schumer."
