The roster is further adorned with talents such as Mia Goth, Elliot Page, Samantha Morton, once again Benny Safdie, and Cosmo Jarvis, among a host of others. Universal heralds this film as a "mythic action epic," filmed across the globe using state-of-the-art Imax technology. For the first time, Homer's foundational saga will be brought to life on Imax screens, with a grand theatrical release slated for July 17, 2026.

Homer's poem narrates the tale of the Greek hero, King Odysseus, portrayed masterfully by Damon in Nolan's rendition. It chronicles his arduous, decade-long voyage back to Ithaca after the Trojan War—a journey fraught with divine interventions and encounters with formidable Cyclopes. The narrative also weaves the tale of Odysseus' wife and grown son, who must fend off brazen suitors vying for the throne.

Since the 1990s, Hurst has graced the silver screen in films like "Remember the Titans" and "We Were Soldiers," and left an indelible mark on numerous TV shows, most notably as the burly and steadfast Opie Winston in the critically acclaimed "Sons of Anarchy." Recently, Hurst starred in the Disney+ series "Mysterious Benedict Society," based on Trenton Lee Stewart's best-selling novels, and is poised to make another memorable appearance in the upcoming Netflix series "The Abandons," alongside Lena Headey and Gillian Anderson.

Hurst is represented by UTA and Piper Kaniecki Marks, continuing to illuminate the cinematic landscape with his exceptional talents.
