The film delves into the sinister secrets of the legendary Bramford building, prior to the arrival of the iconic Rosemary (Mia Farrow) in the terrifying classic. In the revealing images of Paramount+'s Apartment 7A, Julia Garner shines as a budding dancer on the verge of stardom, only to be enveloped in a web of unexplained occurrences. Set in the bustling New York City of 1965, this prequel to the 1968 horror masterpiece, Rosemary's Baby, sheds light on the mysterious events that transpired within the infamous Bramford before Rosemary's arrival.

Garner portrays Terry Gionoffrio, a youthful dancer with aspirations of fame and fortune in the Big Apple. However, after a devastating injury sidelines her dreams, she finds a new home within the lavish apartment building with an elderly couple portrayed by Dianne Wiest and Kevin McNally. It seems her luck has finally changed when a fellow resident and powerful Broadway producer (Jim Sturgess, Across the Universe) offers her a second chance at stardom. But amidst an evening shrouded in foggy memories, Terry begins to question the sacrifices she's willing to make for her career, realizing that an evil force resides not just in Apartment 7A, but within the Bramford itself.

The cast of Apartment 7A is rounded out by Marli Siu (Everything I Know About Love), Andrew Buchan (All the Money in the World), Rosy McEwen (Blue Jean), and Kobna Holdbrook-Smith (Wonka), all bringing their unique talents to this thriller. Produced by Platinum Dunes / Sunday Night Production in collaboration with Paramount Pictures, the film is based on the iconic novel Rosemary's Baby by Ira Levin and directed by Natalie Erika James of Relic, who co-wrote the screenplay with Christian White and Skylar James. Vicki Dee Rock and Alexa Ginsburg serve as executive producers alongside John Krasinski, Allyson Seeger, p.g.a, Michael Bay, Andrew Form, p.g.a, and Brad Fuller as producers.
