"Failure to subdue your assigned demons will result in termination." Blumhouse TV has unveiled the debut official trailer for "The Bondsman," an exhilarating horror-comedy-action series that bears a striking resemblance to "Constantine," albeit under a different moniker. Hub Halloran, a resurrected bounty hunter, is granted an unforeseen second lease on life, love, and a nearly aborted musical career. However, he discovers that his former profession now harbors a demonic twist. This supernatural action series, produced by Blumhouse Television, will exclusively premiere all eight episodes on Prime Video this spring, in April.

Kevin Bacon stars as Hub Halloran, a slain bounty hunter who, after being miraculously brought back from the dead by the Devil, embarks on a mission to ensnare and repatriate demons that have broken free from Hell's confines. With the assistance—and occasional obstruction—of his estranged family, Hub chases these malevolent entities across the landscape. In the process, he uncovers the sins that led to his soul's condemnation, motivating him to strive for a fresh start in life, love, and country music.

Also featuring Jennifer Nettles, Damon Herriman, Beth Grant, Maxwell Jenkins, and Jolene Purdy, "The Bondsman" promises to be both grimacingly gruesome and thoroughly entertaining. It's refreshing to witness an unapologetically gorey, violent, and profanity-laced red band trailer that doesn't pull any punches. Enjoy the demon-catching festivities, y'all.
