Following its triumphant festival journey, which included screenings at Karlovy Vary and Fantasporto, and a FIPRESCI prize win at Thessaloniki, "She Loved Blossoms More" boasts an impressive pedigree. Produced by Fenia Cossovitsa, whose credits include "Two Tickets to Greece," and executive produced by the likes of Christos V. Konstantakopoulos ("The Lobster"), Ant Timpson ("Come to Daddy"), and Andreas Zoupanos Kritikos ("Knock at the Cabin"), the film stars Panos Papadopoulos, Julio Giorgos Katsis, Aris Balis, Sandra Abuelghanam Sarafanova, Alexia Kaltsiki, and Dominique Pinon.

Veslemes, a renowned composer in his own right, has released albums across international labels and crafted soundtracks for various films, including "Suntan" and "Cosmic Candy." He shares, "My background as a composer has taught me that narrative cinema sometimes gets overshadowed by storytelling. Music, on the other hand, can be abstract, non-linear, noisy, yet deeply emotional. If one dares to approach storytelling with a musical sensibility, one can unleash the power of serendipity, creating cracks in the banalities of fiction, and opening doors to magical experiences."

"In 'She Loved Blossoms More,' we attempted to create a fantastical world encapsulated within a family mansion and its surroundings," Veslemes adds. "Imagine yourself in that house, spying on this family, even finding humor in their suffering. It may sound harsh, but films are also a medium for joy and grief to coexist."

Cossovitsa and Konstantakopoulos echo Veslemes' sentiment, stating, "As cinephiles, we are drawn to daring filmmakers who defy all obstacles to capture their unique vision of the world and bring it to the silver screen. For us, this is the most rewarding experience in life, and everything we do in this industry aims to support such endeavors."

"Collaborating with Yannis on 'She Loved Blossoms More' is a continuation of our fruitful partnership," they continue. "Producing a fantasy sci-fi horror film with a strong directorial vision, compelling narrative, and breathtaking visuals was a challenge that inspired us to provide all the necessary resources at every stage of the production process, often at any cost."
