Directed by Jon M. Chu, the film adaptation of Wicked — the untold tale of the witches of Oz — stars Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, a misunderstood young woman with unusual green skin who is yet to embark on her journey of self-discovery. Alongside her is Ariana Grande, portraying Glinda, a privileged and ambitious young woman whose true heart lies beneath her veneer of perfection. Their extraordinary journey begins as friends, ultimately leading them to fulfill their destinies as the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good.

In this cinematic adaptation, Dr. Dillamond, portrayed by the iconic Peter Dinklage, takes on the role of a goat professor at Shiz University, a wise historian who warns Elphaba of the impending dark forces that threaten the speaking animals of Oz, including himself.

The first installment of Wicked is set to enchant audiences on November 27, while the second chapter awaits with anticipation for the holiday season of 2025.
