Months of speculation about their nuptials finally gave way to the rapper, who shares three children—RZA, 3, Riot, 2, and Rocki, 1 month—with the "Diamonds" singer, referring to himself as a "loving husband" when discussing his life at home with his family. As A$AP told Perfect Magazine in an article published on October 29th, "Being a father, a partner, and a loving husband in my family is what truly makes me happy."
He continued, "That's what truly drives me: being able to express myself creatively, being a family man, and being an artisan." Just one month prior to using this new label, the 37-year-old hinted at the possibility of having tied the knot with Elle, saying, "How do you know I'm not already a husband?" However, A$AP still kept his lips somewhat sealed at the time, adding, "I'm still not going to confirm it."
Of course, the Highest 2 Lowest star is not just a loving husband; he's also a loving dad of three. With Rihanna, they welcomed their third child together in September. Following this new addition, A$AP (real name Rakim Mayers) shared that he's particularly excited to be a girl dad. "My daughter. That's my favorite thing I created this year," he told Complex in an interview published on October 9th. "Shout out to Rocki Irish, man."
However, it's not just being a girl dad that matters; he has consistently emphasized that all three of his children are his top priority. "I have nothing but love to give to these little ones," he shared with GQ in September. "And as you can see, that's what occupies a lot of my heart capacity—my family." And it seems his heart capacity has room to grow, as he shared they may not stop at being a family of five. "We're going to be like the Wayans family, you know?" he joked with Entertainment Tonight in June, alluding to the famous family of 10 kids. "I mean, love is beautiful, and it's just spreading it."
