Aaron Phypers has spoken out with grave allegations against his estranged wife, Denise Richards, amidst her recent accusations of abuse. In a confidential missive dispatched to his inner circle, reportedly obtained by Page Six, Phypers unloads a litany of charges against Richards, accusing her of battling a persistent addiction and indulging in an ongoing extramarital affair. He contends that her actions have profoundly impacted not just their marital union but also their daughter, Eloise.
Phypers alleges that Richards has been ensnared in a nearly decade-long dependency on Vicodin, facetiously referring to it as "Vitamin D" or "white chestnuts." He asserts that this issue has lingered for over two decades, exacerbated by her habit of mixing the narcotic with Adderall and tequila. "She has forsaken genuine nourishment, and I have borne witness to her collapsing under the influence of substances—placing herself and others, including our daughter, in peril, even while driving," he laments.
In the same heartfelt letter, Phypers reveals that he uncovered evidence of Richards' affair earlier this year. "She implored me not to desert her, insisting it meant nothing and professing her undying love for me," he recounts. However, when confronted with explicit messages, Richards denied the affair. "In spite of her solemn vow to cease, more deceit and astonishing proof came to light," Phypers adds.
He further details his version of events from July 4, the fateful day he initiated divorce proceedings, which Richards characterized as abusive. Phypers maintains that he was the aggrieved party, asserting, "After an arduous search spanning over 20 hours and enduring a physical assault upon inquiring about its whereabouts, I eventually discovered my phone shattered inside a trash bag, concealed beneath decomposing waste and debris." He continues, "That very evening, she dispatched me a text announcing her intentions to file for divorce."
Phypers further alleges that subsequent to filing for divorce, he and his elderly parents have been subjected to mistreatment. He recounts being stalked with an AirTag, denied access to personal possessions, and claims that his parents were "terrified and maltreated merely for standing by my side and assisting with the welfare of Denise's animals, her daughter, and our home."
Labeling the situation as more than a mere relationship dissolution, Phypers declares, "This transcends the fracturing of a bond. It is a desperate plea for assistance," urging those near and dear to them to offer prayers for Richards.
In response to prior allegations of abuse leveled by Richards, Phypers stands firm in his denial. "I have never, at any juncture, physically harmed my wife, nor did I bestow upon her a black eye," he emphasizes unequivocally. "I have consistently intervened to safeguard her or others—including extricating her from physically assaulting our daughter—always acting out of compassion and concern."
The public spectacle of their unraveling relationship continues to unfold, with both parties making deeply personal and diametrically opposed claims regarding the collapse of their union.
