With a heart brimming with nostalgia, Adam Sandler fondly reminisced about the cherished moments he shared with Ozzy Osbourne, following the tragic passing of the Black Sabbath frontman. "Whether we were holed up in our basements with our brothers, wandering through the woods with our closest friends, riding shotgun in a car, partying hard at a kegger, cruising on a boat, slugging it out at football practice, or simply having a sleepover, there was no one more badass blaring through our speakers than the inimitable Prince of Darkness himself – Ozzy Osbourne!" Sandler's words flowed with heartfelt admiration.

The 58-year-old actor and comedian couldn't help but gush further about his beloved friend and co-star from 'Little Nicky', adding, "He was loved by all of us, with a passion that knew no bounds! My thoughts and love extend to his family, and I am incredibly grateful for the time I had with this living legend. Rest in Peace."

Accompanying this poignant text was a snap from their 2000 comedy film, which revolved around one of Satan's sons. In a delightful surprise cameo towards the film's climax, the late musician lent his unique charm to help Nicky vanquish a villain disguised as a bat, by famously biting its head off – a nod to one of Osbourne's most infamous on-stage escapades.
