Later, Adele elaborated on the profound significance of that moment in a poignant post on X. "For nearly two years now, I've been performing in the very room where Celine Dion once reigned supreme at the Colosseum," she penned. "This venue was the sole destination I desired to grace in Vegas, for it was custom-built for her. Each night, I touch the photograph of her hanging beside the stage before stepping on, and imagine my astonishment when she walked into my show this weekend – it was nothing short of a monumental moment!"

The iconic venue, constructed in 2003 to accommodate Dion's 'A New Day...' residency, has since welcomed a string of esteemed performers including Elton John, Kylie Minogue, Diana Ross, and many more. "Celine, I cherish you beyond words," Adele continued. "No combination of phrases can encapsulate your immense importance to me, or the profound significance of your presence at my show. The sight of you, surrounded by your lovely family, back in your very own palace, felt like a poignant full-circle moment. Thank you from the depths of my heart."

Back in 2018, Adele had visited Dion backstage at the Colosseum during her second residency. Sharing her experience on Instagram afterwards, Adele effused, "Queen Celine! What an extraordinary spectacle, a highlight of my life indeed. Thank you for your unwavering attention to your audience and your infectious humor. Happy New Year, dear lady!"

Similarly, Dion recently extended her admiration to Kelly Clarkson, after the 'American Idol' alumnus covered "My Heart Will Go On" on 'The Kelly Clarkson Show'.

"Kelly, upon my return from the Olympics, I had the privilege of witnessing and hearing your heartfelt response to my Eiffel Tower performance," Dion shared in an Instagram Reel, her voice tinged with emotion. "Your voice, so tender and breaking, resonated deeply within me. Your tears sparked mine, and we both found ourselves caught in this whirlwind of emotion. What is it about this unstoppable crying, huh?" she added with a chuckle. "Just now, as I watched you belt out 'My Heart Will Go On,' the tears are flowing once again. You were absolutely mesmerizing, fantastic beyond words. It filled my heart with joy. I sincerely hope we can reunite in person very soon, but let's make a pact not to start crying again. I love you immeasurably."

Clarkson, in a touching reply that mirrored Dion's sentiment, revealed how Dion's affirmation had healed a wound from a "disastrous" American Idol performance in 2002. "Twenty-two years ago on American Idol, I was struck with laryngitis," she recounted. "That week, everyone fell ill due to the relentless workload; no one anticipated the show's meteoric rise."

"The week of my laryngitis... I was tasked with singing Céline Dion's 'I Surrender All.' That night, I sobbed uncontrollably, mortified at the thought of Céline Dion witnessing such a flawed performance," she continued, her voice softening with nostalgia. "Votes were the least of my concerns at that moment."
