On a trip to a pumpkin patch in Brentwood, California on October 27th, Christopher Schwarzenegger, the 28-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, showed off his sculpted arm muscles in a white tank top. The young man, who had recently lost 30 pounds, appeared to be drinking a protein shake, fittingly for his new bulked-up look.

As an uncle on this festive fall outing, Christopher carried up to three pumpkins at a time while accompanied by his sister Katherine and her husband Chris Pratt, as well as their daughters Lyla, 5, and Eloise, 3. (The couple also shares Ford, 11 months, although he was not pictured.)

This outing marked a display of Christopher's fit physique after years dedicated to his weight loss journey. In fact, he recently shared the inspiration behind his transformation, calling it "a big process."

"I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia," Christopher said during a May appearance at the Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit. "I was on this big trip and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities. I was like, 'I want to go skydiving.' And my friends were like, 'Yeah, no shot.' I was like, 'Yeah, I can't skydive.'"

Ultimately, the youngest child of Arnold and Maria—who share Katherine, 35, Christina, 33, and Patrick, 31—as well as Arnold's son Joseph Baena, 27, with his former housekeeper Mildred Baena—shared that it's been a long evolution for him. "It's not an overnight thing, but it took a lot of trial and error," he added. "And even still to this day... when you're saying, oh, before and after photos... I don't feel like I'm an 'after' yet. I don't feel like I'm at the point."
