Attention, esteemed residents of the Upper East Side: It's time to raise a toast to this epic reunion! More than a dozen years after the curtains fell on the hit CW series "Gossip Girl," Blake Lively has recently reconvened with her former "Gossip Girl" co-star Zuzanna Szadkowski. "So good to see you!" exclaimed Blake, who portrayed Serena van der Woodsen, as she warmly greeted Zuzanna in a new commercial for her canned beverage brand, Betty Booze. Zuzanna, who played Dorota Kishlovsky, Blair Waldorf's loyal Polish housekeeper, responded with, "You look stunning." Noticing Zuzanna's American accent, Blake humorously remarked, "You sound different," to which she replied, "Oh, it's allergies. I have tea, the best tea." No, Zuzanna wasn't spilling the latest New York City gossip; rather, she was promoting Betty Booze's new citrus-flavored summer special. "Betty Booze vodka iced tea with lemon soda," she shared, "It's refreshingly balanced and devoid of any artificial additives," echoed Blake. "Such a drink is rare in this town." The two actresses, seemingly sipping cocktails from teacups in Central Park, showered the beverage with praise. Blake admitted, "I've missed you so much," to which Zuzanna fondly replied, "Me too." The commercial concluded with Zuzanna's parting words, "Oh, Miss Betty, we're sure to stir up some trouble."
To celebrate this collaboration, Blake posted on Instagram on June 30th, "Here's to you, girl, let's clink glasses. Introducing the Betty Booze vodka iced tea series – Passionfruit | Meyer Lemon Soda. Because good tea deserves to be shared." This wasn't Zuzanna's first reunion with her "Gossip Girl" castmates. In 2022, she thrilled fans by sharing a photo on Instagram of her gathering with Chace Crawford, Jessica Szohr, Aaron Schwartz, and Ed Westwick. The previous year, Zuzanna detailed her guest appearance as Dorota in the HBO reboot. "I was thrilled to be part of this show with such an amazing cast," Szadkowski said in an interview with E! News in 2021, discussing her return. "When executive producer Josh Safran invited me back, I jumped at the chance. I missed Dorota so much. The secrecy was as tight as 'Gossip Girl'!" She also added that it was "exciting" to reunite with Margaret Colin, who played Eleanor Waldorf, Wallace Shawn, who portrayed Cyrus Rose, and especially her "beloved Vanya" (Aaron Schwartz).
