The news of the passing of Jordan James Parke, affectionately known as the "Lip King," has left the world in mourning. This British Botched star, hailing from Dudley, England, who had reportedly invested over $150,000 in plastic surgery, breathed his last breath on Wednesday, February 18.
In a statement, The Metropolitan Police confirmed that they were called by the London Ambulance Service regarding reports of an unconscious 34-year-old man on Lincoln Plaza, Canary Wharf. He was declared dead at the scene. The police added that “his death is currently being treated as unexplained" and an investigation is underway. It is suggested that the victim may have undergone a cosmetic procedure prior to his death, the cause of which is unknown.

On Friday, February 20, a 43-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. They have since been granted bail pending further investigation.
Parke's name had previously been in the headlines when he was arrested in 2024 following the death of Alice Webb, a mother of five, at the age of 33 after becoming unwell following a non-surgical Brazilian butt lift or "Liquid BBL" at a Gloucester clinic run by Parke and Jemma Pawlyszyn, as reported by Daily Mail. He was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter but was not charged. As reported by ITV News, he was due to answer bail this March.
Since embarking on his plastic surgery journey at the age of 19, Parke underwent numerous cosmetic procedures, including multiple nose jobs, filler in his neck, lips, and jawline, a BBL, and a chin implant. In a 2016 interview on the British daytime show This Morning, Parke revealed that plastic surgery had become a "hobby" and that he "never hated" himself. Before his death, he appeared on E!'s Botched twice to address his lip filler and later his liposuction and the appearance of his nose.
Parke's sister Sharnelle shared a tribute on Instagram, expressing that their family is "numb, shocked, and heartbroken" over his untimely passing.
