Brandi Glanville, with unflinching honesty, painted a vivid picture of the facial lumps that are relentlessly eroding her teeth amidst her ongoing battle to treat her facial disfigurement. Over the weekend, she took to X to reveal the agonizing "painful lumps" that riddle her jawline, extending to the sides and back of her neck. She further elaborated on her plight, detailing chills and a persistent, oily, foul-tasting discharge trickling from her face into her mouth—a discharge she characterized as "acidic," relentlessly consuming her teeth. "Moreover, all my lymph nodes in my head and neck are grossly swollen," she clarified.

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star then recounted a distressing encounter where doctors at the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center dismissed her concerns, assuring her that she was "fine," only for her to plead for assistance.

At 52, Glanville confessed that she is "utterly miserable," grappling with her unceasing health woes. "My face has deteriorated beyond recognition," she penned on X on Thursday. "It's as if it's slowly melting away." The "Traitors" alumnus added that there was a fleeting moment of improvement after doctors prescribed her "IV antibiotics and fungal medication," but unfortunately, she couldn't sustain the treatment due to financial constraints. "I yearn for a transformation in my life," she penned. "This is my genuine health update."

Since embarking on her health journey in 2023 to address her facial disfigurement, which has reportedly amassed costs exceeding $70,000, Glanville has been meticulously documenting her progress. Initially attributing her facial swelling to "old filler," she later revealed that doctors suspected parasites as the culprit.

Enter renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, who stepped in to perform four biopsies on her face and neck to unravel the mystery. "Indeed, @DrDubrow extracted four tiny biopsies from my face and neck, and the procedure was quick and painless—in and out in 30 minutes. Now, we wait," Glanville shared on X in late January.

In a past interview with Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea," the reality TV star expressed her frustration, asserting that she would "do anything" to obtain answers. "You could do anything to me, and I'd be alright with it," she revealed in December 2024. "There have been days when I've looked normal, but not weeks. I wish. It comes and goes." She then admitted, "It's soul-crushing. It eats away at both my mind and heart."
