Brittany Furlan After Catfishing Scandal: Ronnie Radke Denied Temporary Restraining Order

Published: Jan 07 2026

Ronnie Radke is taking legal action against Brittany Furlan. Nearly eight months after the Vine star revealed that she had been catfished by someone posing as the Falling In Reverse frontman, leading to a public back-and-forth between the two, Radke's request for a temporary restraining order against her was denied, according to documents obtained by E! News.

Radke's bid for a temporary restraining order was rejected on January 5th, with the notice of hearing obtained by E! stating that he did not "sufficiently demonstrate acts of violence, threats of violence" or conduct that caused "substantial emotional distress." In a separate civil harassment restraining order filed the same day, the 43-year-old alleged that Furlan—who is married to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee—had repeatedly contacted him on social media despite his lack of response.

Radke wrote that after Furlan began contacting him, she "drove to my house and sat outside, then showed up to my doctor's appointment without an appointment and waited and stared at me." He further stated that he had already asked Furlan to leave him alone, including not contacting him directly or indirectly and not posting about him online.

Despite the allegations, Radke noted that the 39-year-old did not use or threaten "to use a gun or any other weapon" and that he was not harmed or injured because of the alleged harassment. The "Drug In Me Is You" singer is requesting that Furlan stay at least 100 yards away from him.

Radke attached multiple screenshots of interactions with Furlan—including Instagram DMs, voice messages, and Instagram Stories—writing that she had been "posting false public claims about me and messaging underage fans to coerce them into lying about me." Among his attachments were screenshots of Furlan allegedly asking a 17-year-old to speak with TMZ about Radke.

He and Furlan are set to appear in court on January 23rd. For her part, Furlan's attorney slammed the filing. "Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her," her attorney told Page Six in a statement. "We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner."

E! News has reached out to Furlan's reps for comment and has not yet heard back. Since Furlan broke her silence about chatting with someone else online amid her marriage, she shared how the obstacles in their six-year marriage made them stronger. "All of this happening has weirdly brought us together, which is really strange," Brittany shared on her This Is The Worst podcast in June. "I think we really faced like, 'Oh, what would life really be like without each other?'"

Following the incident, she and Lee—who is dad to his and ex-wife Pamela Anderson's sons Brandon Thomas Lee, 29, and Dylan Jagger Lee, 28—put in the work during their reconciliation. "The big thing is healing," she added. "We've been through this situation similarly before and it's hard and all I can say is that relationships are complicated and everyone has their s--t and we're not immune to that just because we're in the public eye."
