In a heartfelt statement, he expressed that his parents have been attempting to "ruin" his marriage to American billionaire Nicola Peltz, the daughter of businessman Nelson Peltz and former model Claudia Heffner Peltz.
Peltz Beckham shared that throughout his life, his parents have controlled the narrative about their family in the media. He stated that they have been "trying endlessly to ruin" his relationship with his wife, Nicola, ever since their wedding in 2022. He has now adopted a double-barreled surname following the nuptials.

He mentioned that his mother cancelled the making of Nicola's wedding dress at the eleventh hour, forcing her to find a new gown urgently. He also claimed that his mother called him "evil" because Nicola and he chose to include his Nanny Sandra and Nicola's Naun (Aunt) at their wedding table, as they both didn't have their husbands present.
Furthermore, he alleged that his mother "hijacked" his first dance with his wife at the wedding, when he was expected to dance with her on stage. Instead, his mother was waiting to dance with him.
Peltz Beckham emphasized that his wife has been consistently disrespected by his family, despite their efforts to come together as one. He claimed that despite traveling to London for his father's birthday last year, he and his wife were rejected for a week as they waited in their hotel room trying to plan quality time with him. He said that his father refused all their attempts unless it was at his big birthday party with a hundred guests and cameras at every corner. When he finally agreed to see him, it was under the condition that Nicola wasn't invited.
Peltz Beckham continued: "The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life. I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared."
