After Offset's recent shooting incident outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, "Bodak Yellow" rapper Cardi B has reportedly reached out to her estranged husband as he recovers in a Florida hospital. According to sources with direct knowledge, Cardi contacted Offset shortly after Monday's shooting, despite the two still being in the midst of a contentious divorce.
As previously reported by TMZ, the former Migos rapper was shot in the valet area of the hotel Monday night. Law enforcement sources revealed that he suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, but his injuries are not life-threatening and he is currently in stable condition. Even as he recovers, Offset was spotted taking a smoke break at the hospital on Tuesday.
Cardi and Offset's divorce, which they filed for in 2024 after a rocky and tumultuous relationship, has yet to be finalized. However, Cardi's outreach to her former partner shows that she still has concern for the father of her three children. Despite their ongoing legal battle, the rapper seems to have put their bitter divorce aside in the wake of Offset's scary incident.
