Cardi B's latest piece of jewelry transcends mere monetary value. Following the arrival of her fourth baby on November 4th—her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs—the "Bodak Yellow" rapper etched a piece of his birth into her heart forever.
Cardi transformed her son's umbilical cord into a heart-shaped gold pendant, crafted by Juliane Marie Corona, the owner of Mommy Made Encapsulations. In a video shared on the specialist's Instagram on November 20th, Juliane shared the process of molding the umbilical cord into a heart, dehydrating it, and dipping it in gold chrome. "Where her journey began...turned into a keepsake she'll treasure forever," Juliane wrote alongside the video. "The umbilical cord is the very first connection between a mother and her baby—the lifeline that nourished, protected, and carried them through every moment of pregnancy."

"Creating this keepsake is always an honor, but doing it for Cardi and her sweet baby again means the world to us," she added. "Turning something so meaningful into a piece that can be held, remembered, and cherished forever is one of the most special parts of what we do."
In addition to preserving the umbilical cord, Cardi—who previously worked with Juliane following the birth of her third baby in 2024—received a print of her placenta and had part of the organ made into consumable capsules. "Round [two] with the queen herself," Juliane wrote alongside the video. "Thank you, Cardi, for trusting me again with your magical placenta magic. We're back in the lab like it's tradition at this point."
Cardi's postpartum creation cost an estimated $615; according to the site, customers pay $500 for the placenta encapsulation service, and an additional $50 and $65 for the umbilical cord and placenta print, respectively.
And the keepsakes aren't the only way she's celebrating her new little one. Earlier this month, Cardi—who also shares children Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 14 months, with estranged husband Offset—announced the birth of her and Stefon's baby boy with a sweet carousel of pictures. Alongside the November 19th photo set, Cardi held her baby boy (whose face was not visible for the camera) as she rocked a blue robe while cradling him in her arms. In other shots, Stefon sweetly looked on at his son shortly after his birth. Revealing his birthday, Cardi wrote alongside a series of emojis, "11/4."
For the singer, having her fourth child has coincided with another new era in life. "I brought new music and a new album to the world!" she wrote on Instagram November 19th. "A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve."
