Cardi B, the 33-year-old artist behind "Am I the Drama?", has welcomed her fourth child, a boy, into the world, confirmed by her representative to PEOPLE. "Cardi is healthy and happy," the rep shared.
The new addition is Cardi's first child with her boyfriend, NFL star Stefon Diggs, 31. Cardi also shared the news on Instagram, in the caption of a video where she lip-synchs "Hello" from her recently released sophomore studio album Am I the Drama?.

In the post, Cardi wrote, "My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy, but it's been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve."
The rapper continued, "This next chapter is Me vs. Me! It's me against all odds, me against everything meant to get in my way. I've started prepping for tour, getting my body right, getting my mind right. There's nothing that's gonna stop me from giving you guys the performance of a lifetime! I've learned I've healed, and I'm loving the woman I've become! That's what this next era means to me, and I'm stepping into it better than ever."
Stefon revealed the baby's sex to PEOPLE on a red carpet earlier this month. "It's a boy. That's enough for me," he said. "I can't wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around."
The Grammy-winning artist shares three children - Kulture, Wave, and Blossom - with her estranged husband, rapper Offset. She filed for divorce from him in July 2024, four years after her first filing in 2020, though it is yet to be finalized.
As for Stefon, he is already a father to daughters Nova and Charliee. In an interview on CBS Mornings that aired on September 17th, Cardi confirmed she was pregnant with her fourth child. "I'm having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs," Cardi told anchor Gayle King in a pre-taped interview. Responding to King's congratulations, Cardi - born Belcalis Almánzar - expressed her thanks and shared, "I'm excited. I'm happy. I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I'm doing all this work - but I'm doing all this work while I'm creating a baby."
During her appearance on Jay Shetty's On Purpose podcast, Cardi opened up about raising her children to be "better than me." The newly minted mom of four said she doesn't want her kids to be perfect but rather a "100 times better version" of her. "It's discipline. It's gotta be in you, and you have to be better than me. I want you to be better than me," she said. "There are things that I cannot do that I want my kids to do." She added, "I want you to be smarter than me." She wants her kids to be not perfect but rather 100 times better than her and will instill that in them, even if they get mad or cry about it. "I wish the things that I put on my kids that somebody put in me when I was younger," she said.
