Chad, who reprises his role in the "Freaky Friday" sequel alongside Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis, rocked a pink jacket from Dsquared2's spring-summer 2025 collection, pairing it with sleek black trousers. His mini-me son, aged nine, charmed the red carpet in a baby blue suit and snazzy sneakers, mirroring his father's stylish flair. Meanwhile, Sarah, the enchanting actress from "Disturbia," dazzled in a stunning mint green gown with a halter neckline, while their eight-year-old daughter twinned with her in a delightful green tulle dress adorned with flower embroidery.
Despite their kids being unfamiliar with the glitz and glamour of Hollywood events, that doesn't mean they haven't been captivated by Chad and Sarah's cinematic endeavors. In fact, their daughter had already watched Chad's 2004 romantic comedy, "A Cinderella Story." Recalling the heartwarming moment, Chad shared with E! News in 2024, "I came home from work to find my wife and daughter nestled in bed. I asked, 'What are you watching?' And instantly, I knew she had fallen in love with it."
The couple, who welcomed their third bundle of joy, a baby girl, in 2023, is intentional about shielding their children from the public eye, even opting for homeschooling. "We traverse the globe together," Chad penned in an Instagram post dedicating to Sarah on Mother's Day 2023. "It wouldn't be feasible without you. Homeschooling, surprise quizzes, family meals, and countless other motherly duties – you handle it all with grace."
In addition to overseeing their education, the "Gilmore Girls" actor revealed that he's actively involved in his children's extracurricular activities, sharing with Etalk in 2023 that he coaches his son's little league team.
However, the couple has always harbored the intention of nurturing their offspring away from the spotlight. "I've become quite adept at flying under the radar these days," Chad confessed to Bello before welcoming his eldest child. "My wife and I steer clear of the so-called 'cool' places." As he put it, "We lead our own lives, cherishing our dogs, embracing our unique lifestyle, and owning a cabin for those serene camping escapades. I feel quite content with our private world. I'll go to any lengths to safeguard my family and build upon that foundation."
