On a Sunday, November 30th, the NFL made a grand announcement that the Super Bowl 2026 Pregame Show would be graced by the mesmerizing talents of Charlie Puth, Brandi Carlile, and Coco James. The highly anticipated event, scheduled for Sunday, February 8th, at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, will be streamed live on NBC, Telemundo, and Peacock.

With Bad Bunny taking center stage as the headliner, the Super Bowl 2026 promises to be a spectacle that transcends language barriers. The pregame show is particularly noteworthy for its focus on American Sign Language (ASL) performances, with all signed performances for the pregame entertainment and the Apple Music Halftime Show being collaborative efforts with Alexis Kashar of Love Sign and Howard Rosenblum of Deaf Equality (as reported by Variety).

Desiree Perez, CEO of Roc Nation, expressed her elation at having such a talented line-up, stating, "Charlie, Brandi, and Coco are generational talents, and we are honored to have them – alongside our extraordinary deaf performers – on Super Bowl LX’s world stage."

The 33-year-old Charlie Puth will wield his vocal prowess to perform the National Anthem, also known as The Star-Spangled Banner, at the pregame event. This much-anticipated performance precedes the release of his fourth studio album, Whatever’s Clever!, on March 6th, 2026.

Brandi Carlile will then deliver a heartfelt rendition of “America the Beautiful,” while Grammy-winning R&B star Coco Jones will belt out a soulful version of “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” Perez added, "This moment embodies the very best of culture, live performance, and our country, perfectly kicking off game day."

The Super Bowl 2026 marks a first as a non-English-speaking artist takes center stage. Interestingly, Celimar Rivera Cosme delivered a presentation in Puerto Rican Sign Language at the event.

Charlie Puth himself expressed his excitement about headlining the pregame entertainment at Super Bowl 2026 on his Instagram. He wrote, "I can't believe I'm saying this… I will be performing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl." Fans flooded the comments section with their praise for the "Attention" singer. One fan exclaimed, "You AND Bad Bunny? Oh dear, this Super Bowl was made specifically for me." Another commented, "OMGGG I'm so happy and excited!! 2026 is CHARLIE PUTH'S year."
