On November 23rd, Libby shared a family photo and a poignant message on Instagram, announcing her father's death. She wrote, "Two weeks ago, tragedy struck our family and it has left us completely shattered. My sweet, loving, and caring dad has gone to heaven. We're trying to figure out how to navigate our lives and move forward without him."

According to reports, Chuck was diagnosed with glioblastoma after several years of being cancer-free. In a 2022 Instagram video, he shared that he had been cancer-free for more than five years following his 2017 operation. However, earlier this year, the reality TV star underwent additional surgeries due to hernias developed from previous cancer-related surgeries. In an update video, Chuck revealed that his stomach wall had "completely collapsed," and the surgery was an eight-hour-long procedure.

On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, Chuck became a prominent member of the cast, mainly appearing in storylines involving Libby and her husband Andrei Castravet. He also made brief appearances on 90 Day Fiancé and 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk.

90 Day Fiancé is a popular reality TV franchise on TLC that follows couples who apply for the K-1 visa, allowing the foreign fiancé 90 days to marry their partner. Chuck's presence on the show brought a unique perspective and warmth to the franchise, making his loss all the more poignant for those who watched and loved him.
