The recently unsealed court documents from Texas have confirmed what has been previously hinted by sources, revealing that the singer known as D4vd is a suspect in the brutal murder of a 14-year-old girl. These documents, which have been unsealed from the region where D4vd, officially known as David Burke, hails from and where his family still resides, provide a grim and disturbing account of the case.

The petitions for his parents to appear in Los Angeles and testify before a grand jury reveal that David Burke is referred to as the "Target" and that he may be involved in committing the criminal offense of murder. The petition further states that he may be implicated in the death of 14-year-old victim Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose decomposed body was found dismembered inside David Burke's Tesla, which was parked at a Hollywood tow lot late last year.

The newly unsealed court documents contain gruesome and disturbing details about how Hernandez's body parts were found in two separate bags in the front storage compartment of the car. As for the petition to bring D4vd's parents to L.A. to testify before a grand jury, their attorney has told ABC7 that they are still fighting against this appearance, arguing that their due process rights are being violated.

Today, we have also reached out to D4vd's publicist, but as of now, we have not received a response.
