The soccer superstar revealed his ultimate goals when he posed in nothing but his underwear, showcasing his eye-popping muscles in a post-workout photo. He didn't just flaunt his rock-hard six-pack abs; Cristiano also fearlessly displayed his bulging biceps, quads, and calves. With a hand on his hips, the 40-year-old proudly flexed his muscles, captioning the Instagram picture on December 19th, "After sauna."

However, it took decades of dedication for Cristiano to achieve his sculpted body. As he recently shared, "I started to do gym since I was 12." During a November appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored, he revealed, "I try to maintain consistency in my life. I sleep well. I do good routines."
This includes hitting the gym two to three times a week, during which he trains with weights. "Two times per week is enough for me," Cristiano said, explaining that he already burns "so much" fat from playing soccer. "It's all about consistency. If you have consistency, it's easy. Trust me."
But having a healthy diet is also crucial. As the athlete noted in a 2015 profile with Hello, "A good workout must be combined with a good diet. I eat a high protein diet, with lots of wholegrain carbs, fruit, and vegetables and avoid sugary foods." He continued, "I also avoid alcohol. If you train regularly, it's important to keep energy levels high to fuel your body for better performance."
Last but not least, Cristiano—who is engaged to his girlfriend of almost 10 years, Georgina Rodríguez—also focuses on mental strength. "Training and physical sessions are most important, but living a relaxed lifestyle helps you to be the best you can be physically and mentally," he explained.
