Cruz Beckham is not allowing the media to spread false information about his family unchecked. When rumors started circulating that parents David Beckham and Victoria Beckham had unfollowed their eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, on Instagram amidst the ongoing family rift, the 20-year-old set the record straight. He claimed that it was actually Brooklyn who had blocked them. "NOT TRUE," Cruz wrote in the December 20 Instagram Stories post, beneath a screenshot of a Daily Mail headline claiming that his parents—who also share kids Romeo Beckham, 23, and Harper Beckham, 14—had unfollowed Brooklyn. "My mum and dad would never unfollow their son... Let's get the facts right. They woke up blocked... as did I."

This wouldn't be the first instance of family strife within the Beckham clan. A source previously revealed to E! News that the feud may have started after a tense moment during Nicola Peltz Beckham and Brooklyn's April 2022 wedding. "Brooklyn and Nicola were under the impression they were being gifted their first dance by Marc Anthony," the source told E! News in May. "Marc Anthony announced, 'Please welcome to the stage the most beautiful woman in the room…Victoria Beckham.' Brooklyn wasn't quite sure what to do and was put in an awkward situation."
Just like the newlyweds, guests were stunned. "Nicola left the room crying," the insider added. "She eventually came back and was able to collect herself to celebrate the rest of her wedding."
However, the hot sauce brand founder, now 26, recently addressed the chatter surrounding his family's dynamic, emphasizing that no matter what people say, Nicola has his back. "There's always going to be people saying negative things," Brooklyn told the Daily Mail in an interview published September 24. "But I have a very supportive wife." He added, "Me and her, we just do our thing, we just keep our heads down and work. And we're happy."
