Cruz Beckham Subtly Reacts to Brooklyn Beckham-Victoria Beckham Inappropriate Dance Allegation

Cruz Beckham isn't shying away from the family drama. After his older brother, Brooklyn Beckham, detailed his ongoing estrangement from his family, alleging that his mother, Victoria Beckham, "danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone" at his 2022 wedding to Nicola Peltz Beckham, Cruz subtly poked fun at his brother's recollection of the incident.

The 20-year-old liked a Jan. 19 Instagram post—which E! News has verified—joking that Victoria's alleged wedding dance moves may have been like those she busted out during a performance of her single "Not Such An Innocent Girl" at the TMF Awards in 2001. In a video from the performance, the Spice Girls alum could be seen suggestively dancing around the stage in leather pants and a bra top visible through her sheer black tank top.

But that wasn't the only video Cruz—the third of Victoria and David Beckham's four kids—liked. He also tapped the heart on a Jan. 20 Instagram Reel from comedian Olly Hume, who pretended to be the DJ at Brooklyn and Nicola's wedding, announcing, "And now for the song requested by the mother of the groom for her first dance with her son." Olly then acted out his shock and awe as the song "Pony" by Ginuwine began to play, writing in the caption, "Interesting moves Victoria."

The mother and son dance—which sources previously told E! News left Nicola in tears—was recently called into question again when Brooklyn claimed that his mother "hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance to a romantic love song."

"In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage," the 26-year-old wrote in his Jan. 19 Instagram Stories. "Where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead."

"She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone," Brooklyn continued. "I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."

The influencer explained that he and Nicola, 31, chose to renew their vows in August "so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment."

And while Victoria and David—who are also parents to son Romeo Beckham, 23, and daughter Harper Beckham, 14—have not spoken out publicly about the drama, Cruz has proven he's not afraid to wade into the feud. In December, he firmly shut down rumors that he and his family had unfollowed Brooklyn and Nicola on Instagram.

"NOT TRUE," Cruz wrote in the Dec. 20 Instagram Stories post beneath a screenshot of a Daily Mail headline regarding the claim. "My mum and dad would never unfollow their son... Let's get the facts right. They woke up blocked…as did I."
