As an outpouring of admiration and respect honored Sir David Attenborough's monumental birthday milestone, David Beckham also shared a heartfelt tribute. The former footballer took to his Instagram account on Friday, May 8, and posted a heartwarming birthday wish for the "Voice of Nature," Sir Attenborough's 100th birthday. In the honorary post, David shared three stunning snaps of the British broadcaster known for his more than seven decades of career documenting the natural world.

Beckham penned, "Happy 100th Birthday to our National Treasure @davidattenborough." The carousel began with the first picture of Attenborough, standing proudly on the front door of a Jeep while holding a pair of binoculars in his hands. In the second and third slides, the nature conservationist was seen intimately connected with Mother Nature, interacting with animals in their natural habitat.
For those who may not be familiar, Sir David has shared the stories of the world's ecosystems through the BBC's "Life" series with iconic shows like Life on Earth, The Living Planet, Blue Planet, and Planet Earth. He has also been recognized as a Knight twice by the royal family, first by Queen Elizabeth II in 1985 and then by King Charles III, who honored him in 2022 for his work in broadcasting and conservation.
Similarly, David Beckham was also awarded the knighthood for his services to sport and charity by King Charles III on November 4, 2025, and "Sir" was officially added to his name.
