David Schwimmer has lambasted Kanye West, labeling the rapper as "one of the most notorious hate-mongering bigots in the world." In a detailed statement he shared on Instagram on Monday, the 59-year-old actor praised Pepsi and Diageo for withdrawing their sponsorships from the Wireless Festival after Ye was announced as a headliner for the three-day event. "It’s commendable to witness companies with moral clarity," David wrote. "Unlike Wireless and Festival Republic, they chose not to provide a platform to an artist who has become one of the most notorious hate-mongering bigots in the world."

The Goosebumps actor further elaborated, "For years, Ye has used his immense celebrity to promote hatred and violence against Jews, spreading antisemitic lies and stereotypes to his 33 million followers – more than twice the number of Jewish people alive today."

The Friends alum argued that Ye's "words and actions in the last few years have caused immeasurable, irreparable damage," accusing him of fueling "worldwide hatred" and inspiring "violence against Jews everywhere."

For those who may not be aware, Ye is scheduled to perform at the 2026 Wireless Festival, which will take place in London's Finsbury Park from July 10-12.
