Demi Moore truly makes a statement. The Substance actress was a vision of purple perfection at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, where she also served as a member of the festival's jury. Demi graced the red carpet for a screening of La Vie D'une Femme on May 13, wearing a custom purple Gucci gown and matching purple heels. The strapless dress featured a ruched bodice and sheer sleeves, culminating in a flowing skirt with a slit on the left side that the 63-year-old certainly put to good use as she made her way down the carpet. She completed her look with dangling diamond earrings.

This year marks Demi's first time as a member of the Cannes jury, where she is serving alongside fellow jurors Ruth Negga, Stellan Skarsgård, Chloé Zhao, and more. And of course, attending Cannes means that she and her stylist Brad Goreski are pulling out all the stops.
The Oscar nominee set the bar quite high with her look for the festival's opening ceremony: a strapless, silver Jacquemus gown with a mermaid skirt paired with a diamond statement necklace. Demi and Brad's fashionable relationship sparked when they met in 2008 and solidified when he styled her for the first time in 2011.
"I know that I have the safety of somebody who looks out for me," Demi raved to Women's Wear Daily in January. "Who truly is looking out for what's in my best interest." And leaning into the world of fashion has helped Demi—who shares daughters Rumer Willis, 37, Scout LaRue Willis, 34, and Tallulah Willis, 32, with ex-husband Bruce Willis—acknowledge and feel more comfortable with the different aspects of her personality.
"What I've learned is you don't have to try too hard to be unique," she explained. "Sometimes I'm looking like this, and I go, 'Oh, is that real when I'm in these other things?' And I realize, yes, they're all me. They're just aspects of me. And how lucky am I that I get to play in that arena? That I get to step into a world that has fantasy?"
