"I've been in a state of numbness since losing him, but we are profoundly grateful for every ounce of unadulterated love he bestowed upon our entire family. We're also thankful that his passing was swift, allowing him to depart peacefully and bravely under the cover of night," continued the actor renowned for his role in 'Black Adam.'

Johnson included the song "What's Going on in Your World" by George Strait in his post, elaborating on his choice in the caption. "Lately, life has thrown at us challenges too immense to verbalize. Lonesome, lonely – the words blend into one, reflecting the depth of our sorrow. This song, one of my favorites, resonates deeply as I ponder what Hobbs is experiencing in his new world, for I know all too well what grief feels like in mine."

To conclude his heartfelt tribute to Hobbs, Johnson penned, "I'm not certain how spirits traverse the realm, but do visit us from time to time. Let's relive those mischievous moments and laugh together once more."
