This aspiration gained momentum after Spears' former confidante, Felicia Culotta, publicly endorsed the 33-year-old star for a lead role in a forthcoming biopic, inspired by Spears' blockbuster memoir.

Reacting to Culotta's endorsement, Roberts quipped, "I was like, 'Aww, I love her assistant for that!'" She went on, her eyes shining with anticipation, "Truly, it's been my dream to step into Britney's shoes. The star of American Horror Story: Delicate unveiled her deep admiration for Spears' music, singling out a particular album that holds a special place in her heart.
