Introducing the teaser trailer (embedded below), a cinematic masterpiece helmed by the visionary Oscar-winning director Alfonso Cuarón (Roma, Gravity). This gripping series stars the illustrious Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline, fellow Academy Award winners, who delve into the murky depths of humanity's darkest corners.

Unfolding across seven captivating chapters, Disclaimer premieres on Apple Studios on October 11th, with the first two episodes unlocking a Pandora's box of secrets. Subsequent episodes will unravel weekly, every Friday, marking Cuarón's debut under his exclusive partnership with the streaming giant.

The premise? Catherine Ravenscroft (Blanchett), a celebrated journalist renowned for her unflinching exposés, finds herself the unwitting protagonist of a chilling novel penned by an enigmatic author. As she grapples with the realization that her deepest, darkest secrets are being laid bare for all to see, Catherine embarks on a frantic quest to uncover the true identity of her literary nemesis. This perilous journey forces her to confront her troubled past, lest it consume not only her life but also her cherished relationships with her husband, Robert (Sacha Baron Cohen), and son, Nicholas (Kodi Smit-McPhee).

Rounding out this stellar ensemble is Lesley Manville, Louis Partridge, Leila George, Hoyeon, and Indira Varma, who lends her voice as the narrator, weaving a web of intrigue and suspense.

Disclaimer is a collaborative effort brought to life by Esperanto Filmoj and Anonymous Content, with Cuarón executive producing alongside Gabriela Rodriguez for Esperanto Filmoj. Blanchett also serves as executive producer, joined by Emmanuel Lubezki, Donald Sabourin, Carlos Morales, David Levine, and the late, great Steve Golin from Anonymous Content. Renée Knight contributes as co-executive producer, while Lubezki and Bruno Delbonnel capture the essence of every frame as directors of photography.
