The narrative of "The Workout" unfolds like a harrowing tale of resilience and retribution. It follows Army Ranger Wyatt Park (portrayed by Peter Jae) and his pregnant wife Becca (Galadriel Stineman) as they film a workout video in the confines of their private gym. Their tranquil session is brutally disrupted by a ruthless mob hit, resulting in Becca's tragic death but miraculously sparing their unborn child. Consumed by sorrow and fury, Wyatt, alongside his brother-in-law Levi (Josh Kelly), embark on a relentless quest for justice, meticulously documenting their every move to ensure their child one day comprehends the harrowing events that unfolded.

Rounding out the stellar ensemble are Ashlee Evans-Smith, Kristos Andrews, Augie Duke, co-writer David Josh Lawrence, and BJ Hendricks, who also served as co-executive producer on the film. Bressack, who co-penned the script, produced the film alongside Ben Stobber and Jarrett Furst. Among the executive producers are Mario Niccolò Messina and Valentina Cau for Insurgence.
