Adrian Anchondo and Colton Little are living the most fulfilling days of their lives together. The actors from "General Hospital" and "Days of Our Lives," who play Marco Rios and Andrew Donovan on their respective TV shows, debuted their relationship in a heartwarming recap of their 2025 holiday season. In a picture shared to Adrian's Instagram on Dec. 31, the soap star, now 42, received a tender forehead kiss from Colton, 36, as they shared a hug on a picturesque beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Other snaps show the couple hiking through nature and spending quality time with family.
"This Christmas made my heart skip a beat," Adrian wrote in the caption. "Thank you, Puerto Rico and Florida, for such a memorable holiday season."

Adrian and Colton also posted a video to their Instagram Stories of the midnight kiss they shared on New Year's Eve, with Colton referring to Adrian as "the sweetest boy."
Beyond their relationship reveal, Adrian—who joined the "General Hospital" cast in March—also reflected on his year as a whole, highlighting the milestones he achieved throughout.
"Looking back at one of the most pivotal years of my life," he wrote on Instagram Jan. 1 alongside clips from the soap opera, photos with Colton, and vacation pics. "From earning my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy to fulfilling a lifelong dream of working as a regular on a TV show."
While noting that he is proud of himself, Adrian added, "I've traveled the world, lost people I've loved and found new love, battled my depression and anxiety, and pushed myself further than I thought possible."
For his part, Colton has also been vocal about his accomplishments this year, including portraying "Days of Our Lives'" first same-sex wedding in June.
"I'm incredibly grateful, as an actor, that this show has given me steady work for three years," he wrote on his Instagram Stories at the time. "I'm also grateful, as a gay man, that I had the chance to showcase love in a way that is authentic to my experience."
"Teenage Colton, who was suicidal and felt isolated and scared, needed to see representation like this," Colton added. "I'm proud to represent that for someone who may need it today."
