Gigi Hadid is candidly sharing the intimate yet "blissful" dynamics of her romance with Bradley Cooper. In her Vogue April cover story, unveiled on Tuesday, Hadid poured her heart out about her over-a-year-long relationship with the Hollywood heavyweight, which blossomed at a backyard birthday bash for their mutual friend's child, and how their love continues to flourish with unwavering vigor.
"I hold immense respect for him as a creative genius," the supermodel gushed. "He bestows upon me an abundance of encouragement and unwavering belief. When people you admire lift you up, it ignites a fire of self-belief within you. Like, what's the worst that could happen if I audition for this role? You just take the plunge and leap into the unknown."
Hadid revealed that Cooper, who has graced Broadway stages, has reignited her passion for theater. "Bradley has introduced me to the magic of theater once again, and it's a delightful addition to my life," she said with a smile.
Elsewhere in the interview, Hadid confessed that this relationship has arrived at the perfect juncture in her life. "Knowing precisely what you want and deserve in a relationship is paramount," Hadid mused, adding that she has found "someone who is at a stage in their life where they, too, understand their needs and desires...and both of you strive individually to come together and be the best partners you can be. I feel incredibly fortunate. Yes, fortunate is the word."
Both Hadid and Cooper are parents to children from their previous relationships. Hadid shares a young daughter with Zayn Malik, while Cooper is a father to a child with his ex-partner, Irina Shayk.
Although they rarely make public appearances together, Hadid asserts that their relationship is "extremely romantic and joyful," and she doesn't dwell on "sources" feeding the press with information that may be "partially right and partially wrong...you simply have to let it go; you can't always set the record straight."
