Let's halt those tears, for they mark the dawn of Harry Styles's newest era. The former One Direction member has released his first single, "Aperture," from his upcoming fourth album, "Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally," which will be available on January 23rd—almost three years after he dropped his 2023 single, "Satellite." This collaboration with producer Kid Harpoon features a lo-fi techno beat, allowing Harry to reconnect with his most tranquil haven: the dancefloor. He croons in the chorus, "We belong together / It finally appears, it's only love."

Harry first teased "Aperture" three days prior to its release, sharing a photo of himself in the studio, a white shirt on, hands up, and a huge smile on his face. Alongside the snap, he wrote on Instagram, "Aperture. Jan. 23, 00:00 U.K." This announcement came less than a week after he revealed the cover art and title of "Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally," which will be released on March 6th. This album marks his first full-length since "Harry's House" in 2022, which earned him three Grammy awards, including Album of the Year, and spawned hits like "As It Was" and "Late Night Talking."
Despite making fans wait more than three years for "Kiss All the Time," Harry revealed that he started working on the new 12-track collection as soon as he finished "Harry's House." In fact, the 31-year-old—who has been dating Zoë Kravitz since August—previously shared that he arranged his Love on Tour stops to include extended residencies in L.A., New York, Austin, and Chicago to accommodate the studio time he needed for the process.
"I'm always writing," he told Rolling Stone in 2022, noting that he was working with frequent collaborators Kid Harpoon and Tyler Johnson. "We're all so excited to get back to it, which feels insane because we've just put an album out." As for Harry's goal for his new album? The "Don't Worry, Darling" star said his priority is simply to "make good music."
"That's it. That's what I want to do," Harry insisted during an appearance on Zane Lowe's Apple Music 1. "Everything else is what it will be."
