The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively revealed that Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie, the stars of Heated Rivalry, will be taking the stage at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday. This marks their first awards appearance since the release of the HBO Max-Crave series. Their co-star, François Arnaud, recently presented at the Critics Choice Awards, adding to the excitement surrounding the show's cast.

Williams and Storrie's meteoric rise has been fueled by the show's success. Despite the series concluding on December 26th, their profiles continue to grow, and their press tour has been described as "truly joyful," sparking attention and love online even before the series premiered. Earlier this week, it was announced that Williams would be making his late-night debut with an interview on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on January 7th. Meanwhile, Storrie is slated to make his late-night debut on Late Night with Seth Meyers next week on January 12th. Both actors have also signed with CAA for representation.
Heated Rivalry, created by Letterkenny alum Jacob Tierney and airing on HBO Max in the U.S., follows a fictional hockey universe and centers around two rival professional players - Canada-born Shane Hollander (Williams) of the fictitious Montreal Metros and Russia-born Ilya Rozanov (Storrie) of the fictitious Boston Raiders. The show explores their near-decade-long situationship that eventually turns into a (spoiler alert) relationship.
Crave has renewed Heated Rivalry for a second season, and HBO Max has confirmed that they will continue to air the series. Tierney, who wrote and directed the entire first season, has confirmed that he will return to direct the series but has not ruled out the possibility of other writers joining him.
The 2026 Golden Globes will be broadcast live from 8 -11 p.m. ET / 5 -8 p.m. PT on CBS and streamed on Paramount+ on Sunday, January 11th.
