Heidi Klum has finally unveiled the struggles she endured after stepping onto the 2026 Met Gala in a stunning statue-inspired look. For those unaware, the 52-year-old German-American model and television host attended the event, head to toe in white, to emulate the texture of a marble statue. Her dramatic look was inspired by Raffaelle Monti's Veiled Vestal sculpture.

At the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday, May 4, 2026, Klum gave an interview to Vogue, revealing that she was inspired to be a sculpture after visiting the venue. The Devil Wears Prada star said, "I was like, 'Wow, this is so beautiful,' the drape, and it's all on marble. But how can you make that with fabric? Because I look hard but I'm soft ... I can sit, I can eat. I can do anything.'
Klum's ensemble was made using latex and foam, which allowed her to move around, but the real struggle she faced was while using the restroom, as it was not easy. Also, she was seen resting in an uncomfortable manner against the seats in a sprinter van.
It is worth mentioning that Heidi Klum also posted a video on her official TikTok account, where she wrote, "Thinking about the fact that statues don't get bathroom breaks."
