Howard Stern and his wife, Beth Stern, are reportedly facing a lawsuit from their former employee, Leslie Kuhn, who has accused them of fostering a "hostile work environment." As an office manager and later an assistant to the couple, Kuhn worked on The Howard Stern Show for several years before her termination in February.

According to court documents obtained by USA Today, Kuhn has filed a lawsuit alleging that she was subjected to a hostile work environment and that her termination was the result of immense pressures caused by the Sterns' irresponsible and untenable animal rescue and fostering operations, as well as disorganized and questionable business operations and accounting practices.

The lawsuit, filed in the New York County Supreme Court on April 5, names The Howard Stern Production Company and Stern's production company, One Twelve Inc., as defendants. Kuhn intends to defend her reputation and protect her future employment prospects by addressing the accusations made against her and presenting her side of the story.

As an office manager on The Howard Stern Show and eventually the couple's live-in assistant, Kuhn was required to move into their luxurious Oceanview residence in Southampton, New York. She also assisted Beth in managing the staff of the mansion and other household and staff-related tasks, including Beth Stern's extensive at-home feline rescue and fostering operations.

The lawsuit seeks to shed light on the facts surrounding Kuhn's employment and to hold the defendants accountable for their actions. It remains to be seen how this case will be resolved, but it highlights the importance of creating a safe and supportive work environment for all employees.
