Ethan Jamieson, the actor known for his role as a District 4 tribute in "The Hunger Games," has reportedly been arrested on felony charges of assault. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Jamieson allegedly attacked three men with a 9mm handgun in Raleigh, North Carolina, with the intent to kill.

The incident took place on March 22, when shots were fired at around 9:52 pm. The three victims, identified as E.F., J.M., and K.W., reported that an unidentified person on an e-bike had struck their vehicle with a handgun while they were driving. The incident occurred with two other people in the passenger seat.
An investigation was initiated to identify the alleged shooter, who was later identified as Jamieson. He was reportedly seen pointing the gun in the direction of the vehicle. Following his arrest, he was denied bail and is scheduled to appear in court on April 30 for a disposition hearing. This is the second time he has faced legal charges, following his 2025 arrest for resisting a public officer.
In a past interview, Jamieson shared his feelings about being a part of the highly successful "Hunger Games" franchise. He said, "I knew that the books were popular, but I didn't know that the movie was going to be so big." Despite reading the popular books to prepare for his role, he was unaware of the film's immense success, which grossed $695.2 million worldwide and paved the way for its sequels.
