The eagerly anticipated trailer for Guy Ritchie's star-studded latest film, In the Grey, has arrived. Jake Gyllenhaal, Henry Cavill, and Eiza González star as a trio of elite operatives with a unique M.O. in the director's latest film, which is a follow-up to the iconic Sherlock Holmes series.

The first trailer for this action-packed flick, which follows the trio as they plot to recover a stolen fortune, was released on March 9th. The trailer begins with a teaser that reads, "When billions get stolen, they are the pros who steal it back."

The trailer opens with Gyllenhaal, 45, Cavill, 42, and González, 36, meeting with a bespectacled Fisher Stevens. Stevens calls a security guard named Gary into his office to remove the trio, only for the guard to become the subject of violent threats.

"I assure you you'd like to listen. The alternative is very expensive," González says, as Gyllenhaal offers up two versions of how this narrative plays out. In the first option, "Gary waits patiently and quietly by the door," and in the second, "Gary steps forward and you spend the next six hours sponging him off the walls," Gyllenhaal explains coolly, adding, "I know which version Gary would prefer."

The In the Grey trailer sees the trio preparing to steal back a massive sum from a powerful figure named Manny Salazar. "He's not really the guy you loan a billion dollars and expect to see it back," González quips of the villain.

Snippets of the island heist appear in writer-director Ritchie's signature style: witty, sleek, and brimming with machine guns and explosives. Rosamund Pike asks González about the fortune at one point during the trailer. "You know I can," she replies slyly.

Narration toward the end of the trailer also reveals where Ritchie's latest feature gets its name: "They work between the moral and the immoral. The black and the white. They operate in the gray."

According to a synopsis, In the Grey "follows a covert team of elite operatives who live in the global shadows, as comfortable wielding power and influence as they are automatic weapons and high explosives."

"When a ruthless despot steals a billion-dollar fortune, the team is sent to steal it back on what would be for anyone else a suicide mission," the synopsis continues. "What begins as an impossible heist gets much worse, spiraling into an all-out war of strategy, deception, and survival."

The cast also includes Kristofer Hivju, Emmett J. Scanlan, Jason Wong, Michael Vu, and Carlos Bardem. In the Grey is in theaters on May 15th.
